What you can expect

Before services begin, we discuss your goals, routines, communication needs, risks, preferences and the practical details of support. We confirm service suitability, worker availability, responsibilities and agreed arrangements.

You can ask questions, involve a nominee, family member or advocate, change your preferences, give feedback or make a complaint without fear of losing your support.

Person-centred planning

Your goals, consent, culture, privacy and preferred way of receiving support guide delivery.

Worker suitability

Role-relevant experience, checks, training and safe work expectations are considered before allocating support.

Review and improvement

We respond to concerns, review changing needs and use feedback to strengthen our services.

If something feels unsafe

Tell Aevitas Care as soon as possible so we can respond. In an emergency or where someone is in immediate danger, call 000.

You may also contact the relevant independent regulator at any time. NDIS concerns can be raised with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Government-funded aged care concerns can be raised with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
